MONTEHYDRO is a program for Monte Carlo (importance sampling) generation of conformations of flexible bead-and-connector models. Various types of bond, angular and excluded volume potential are considered. In addition to generating the Monte Carlo sample, the program also computes the dimensions and hydrodynamic properties and reports as final resuls for the flexible entity, the Monte Carlo conformational averages. In addition, the program gives a file with the bead coordinates in each generated conformation, so that the user may carry out further calculations on the Monte Carlo conformations.
